The groom, a co-owner of the Cedar Frozen Foods and Grocery in Cedar City, is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Frank H. Petty. He is a graduate of the Cedar City high school and the Branch Agricultural Agricul-tural college, and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
