Show SERVICES HELD FOR MISS MAXINE ROBERTS Funeral services were conducted in the First ward chapel Friday afternoon for Maxlne Roberts, who died in Salt Lake City on Sunday, February 22, after a lingering illness. The services were conducted by Bishop James Heywood of the Cedar Fifth ward. Speakers were Charles R. Hunter, Twain Tlppetts, and David L. Sargent. Reed Barrett was at the organ and "the musical program Included the opening song by a mixed quartet quar-tet composed of Emma Lou Warren, War-ren, Evelyn K. Jones, Wallace A-dams A-dams and Dahl Gleave, accompanied accompan-ied by Audrey Dotson; a violin solo by Roy L. Halversen, accompanied by Mrs. Virginia Larson; a selection by a string trio composed of June Decker, Mary Ann Lamb and Elsie Fish, accompanied by Ramona Mltcljell, and a vocal solo by Edward Ed-ward A. Sandgren, accompanied by Mrs. Larson and Mr. Halversen. Invocation was by William Snow, benediction by O. O. Larson, and dedication of the grave by George Grimshaw. |
