Said spring is situated at a point which bears north 86 degrees 45 minutes east 1,650 feet distant of tho east quarter corner of section 34, Township 37 south, Rango 12 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The wator will bo diverted from tho place whore it issues from said spring nnd conveyed by means of a pipe lino for a diBtanco of 550 feet, nnd there used ( from March 1 to September 30, inclusive in-clusive of each year, to Irrigate one aero of land embraced in section 35, Townshin 37 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may be necessary neces-sary will be used during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's Ofilce as No. 5494. All protests against the granting of said application,stating the reasons therefor, must bo made by affidavit in duplicnto and filed in this ofllco' within thirty (30) days after the' completion of tho publication of this notice.
