Notice is hereby given that the I'eerless Sales Company, with its principal office at Snlt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate two (2) second-feet of water from a natural lake and from a series of springs in Iron county. The water will be diverted from said lake at a point south 98 degrees 40 minutes west 1986 ft. from the northeast corner cor-ner of Sec. 3fi, Tp. 36 S.. R. 11 W., S. L. Base and Meridian, and the water from the springs will be collected at a point 100 ft. north and 1960 ft. west of the above described corner, it which point the water from both sources sour-ces will also be comlngled. The co-mingled co-mingled water will be conveyed for a distance of 11,000 ft. by means of a pipe line and there used from January Janu-ary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate ?40 acres of land embraced in the NW4 and Nty-SW,i Nty-SW,i of Sec 23, Tp. and R. aforesaid.
