Notice In order to confcrm with the requirements of the State Road Commission, and a compliance I with the provisions of the Laws of Utah, 1911, which provides for the levy of a District Road Tax, not to exceed five mills; the funds so obtained to be used in connection with the State appro priation of $2000.00, and the duplication du-plication of $1000.00 by the county, coun-ty, for the construction of the State highway in Iron County for the year 1912, it has been deemed advisable to make the required levy of five mills in all the precints of Iron County, at the time that other tax levies are made, viz: Monday, August 5, 1912, at the County Court House in Parowan, Utah. Upon said day, Monday, August Aug-ust 5, 1912, the Board of County Commissioners will hear any and all objections that may be submitted, sub-mitted, either by petition or representation re-presentation against the making of such tax levy in any or all of said precincts.
