Maj. Drew Browning, of the 1954th Radar Evaluation Squadron, is the instructor. The training program is open to all lieutenants and captains on Hill AFB. Topics include military discipline, commanders' tricks of the trade, fraternization, military customs, courtesies and social etiquette.
