Drain and drench with cold water. Remove meat from shells and save shells to refill. Cut meat in bite size pieces. Work cheese and cream together. Melt butter, stir in flour, and then milk. Stir over heat until thick. Add salt, paprika, and cheese mixture. Stir until smooth. Add lobster meat and mushrooms. Simmer. Fill shells. Serve, (serves 6) .
