ATURDAY) RECEPTION FOR GRAND MASTER OF I. O. O. F. On Friday evening of lasi week Henry Hall, grand master of the I. O. O. F. was given a very pleasant surprise reception by the members of Helper lodge 53 and the Utahna Rebekah lodge 39 of this city. The evening was spent in music and dancing, and a very fine banquet was served. Other officers of the "grand lodge present, who are members of the local lodges, were: Grand Conductor Clyde Miller, Past Grand Patriarch V. A. Miller, Past President Rebekah Assembly Leva Hall, District Deputy Grand Master Marvin Lambson, District Deputy Grand Patriarch George Black, and District Deputy President Edith Bench. During the evening Mr. Hall was presented with a beautiful desk set and a leather traveling bag from members of Helper lodge 56. Utahna Rebekah lodge held its regular election of officers Friday evening last, as follows: Noble grand, Mrs. Nina Miller; vice grand, Miss Maxine House; secretary, Mrs. Mary Wilson; financial secretary, Mrs. Ag-r.c- s Porter; treasurer, Mr3. Mary Knobbs; and trustee, Mrs. Elizabeth Hines. Plans are being made for a joint installation on July 7. Memorial services will be held at the K. of P. hall Friday evening, June 18, by Helper lodge 56 and Utahna Rebekah lodge 39.
