WOULD ENFORCE MONTH CONTRACT FOR TEACHERS The enforcement of resolutions pertaining to the ten or twelve month contract for school teachers formed an interesting dis cussion at the Eastern divisional meeting of the officers of the Utah educational association held In Price Saturday. R. J. Vaughan, superintendent of the Utah railroad, gave one of the most educational talks of the gathering, speaking on Safety First and the importance of cooperation of the schools with the railroads in the enactment of safety rules and practices. His talk was illustrated and concerned the valuation of safety first measures drilled in the school rooms. Closer cooperation between business and the schools was urged in an address given by A. J. Ashmond, president of the V. E. A.
