Whatever expense is attached at-tached to the discharging of this responsibility re-sponsibility will have to be met with : the moneys raised from the sale of Christmas Seals. The association has no funds with which to meet this expense. Therefore, we must have the help of public spirited men and women, whose love and sympathy for the suffering among their fellow men will impel them to give an unselfish service in this cause. "It should be a source of much gratification to all who are interested in a state tuberculosis sanatorium to know that Hon. George Albert Smith ; heads the committee which has this work in immediate charge and that ' he is being willingly assisted by such busy people as W. W. Armstrong, Rev. Arthur W. Moulton,, Dr. Jos. R. Morrell, Miss Kate Williams, Senator Sen-ator LeRoy Dixon, Dr. T. B. Beatty and Dr. Alfred Blumberg. All of us, I am sure, stand ready to ;jive him all the support necessary in this very ! worthy and necessary effort, and this we can best do by making a success I of the Christmas Seal sale." |
