Show TRUSTEE'S SALE. WHEREAS, Oscar B. Berglund, a single man, by his certain deed of trust dated the 27th day of October, 1913, and recorded October 30, 1913, in Book 49, P. 23G-8, in the office of the County Recorder of the county of San Pete, State of Utah, did convey to Charles VV. Boyd the following described de-scribed real estate in San Pete County, Coun-ty, Utah, lo-wit: The Northwest Quarter (NWi) of the Southwest Quarter (SWi) of Section Sec-tion twenty-eight (28), Township twenty (20), south of Range one (1), east of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing con-taining forty (40) acres, together w ith all the rights to the use of water for irrigating his premises and for domestic domes-tic use thereon, consisting of sixty (GO) shares of stock in the Highland Canal Company and forty (40) shares of stock in the Gunnison Irrigation Company,' in trust., to secure the payment of the note of said Oscar B. Berglund lor $1200.00 ol even date w ith said trust deed, payable to the order of the Middlesex Banking Company of Mid-dletovvn, Mid-dletovvn, Connecticut, a corporation, due November 1. 11)23, with interest thereon at tlie rate of 5 per annum until maturity and 12 per annum alter maturity, and the note of said Oscar B. Berglund lor $480 00 of even date w ith said deed of trust, payable to said Banking Company in installments in-stallments of $48. U0 on the lii st day of November 1914, and $18 00 on the first Uay ol each succeeding November thereafter, with interest at the rate ol 12 per annum al ter maturity, Subject Sub-ject tn all the terms and conditions ol said trust deed, and VV U I'.KEAS, The Middletown Trust Company, Trustee, of Middletown, Connecticut, is now the owner and holder thereof by assignment from said The Middlesex Banking Cum-panj Cum-panj ; and V 11 EKE AS, it is provided in said deed of trust that in case of delauit in the pa merit of said notes or the interest thereon, the Trustee shall, at Ijhe request ol the l-gdl owner and holder thereof, sell and dispose of the above described premises and water rights and all the right, title, benefit, and equity of redemption of said Oscar Os-car B. Berglund, his heirs and assign.-, therein, at public auction, at the place and in the manner lor the purposes pur-poses in said trust deed stated, after af-ter having given four weeks' publication publica-tion notice of the time, terms and place of sale as particularly described in said deed of trust, reference lo which is hereby made for greater certainty, and W 11 EREAS, default has been made In the payment of the interest on said note ol $1200.00 due November 1, 1916, and November 1, 1917, and in the payment pay-ment of the installments on said notes of $480.00 due on November 1, 1916 and November 1, 1917, and in the payment pay-ment of certain water assessments levied against said property, where-' upon the entire amount of said indebtedness in-debtedness as evidenced by said notes, with interest thereon, has become due and collectable under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust, and the same remain due and unpaid, NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, CHARLES W. BOYD, TRUSTEE, at the request of the present legal holders and owners of said notes and under and by virtue of the power in me vested by the terms of saio. deed of trust will, on Saturday, the 27lli dav of July, 1918, at the hour of 2 o'clock p. m. of said day, sell the above described property and water rights, and all the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption ol said Oscar Os-car B. Berglund, his heirs and assigns, therein, at public auction, for the highest and best price the same will bring in cash, at the front door of the County Court House in the city ol Manti in the County of San Pete and Statu of Utah, for the purpose of pay ing the indebtedness and all costs and expenses of executing this trust.
