Show STAMPS FOR THE RED CROSS Sixty Millions of Christmas "Stickers" to Be Sold to Aid Tuberculosis Tuberculo-sis War. Washington. Thirty million 1909 Merry Christmas stamps have been ordered by the American Red Cross society to be sold to raise funds for the war on tuberculosis. Thirty million mil-lion more stamps will be ordered later and by December 15 it is expected that these 60,000,000 bullets will be fired in the national battle against the White Plague.
