Show High School Notes A unique departure in social realm was the lunch wholly prepared by the male soudents and by them served at a social of games and dances given last Friday ni&lit in honor of the fair sex. A resolution has been prepared and unanimously adopted by the student body and teachers, approving the stand taken by President Wilson In the nation's alarming crisis ano pledging him their firm and loyal support "in whatever decision his judgment may see tit to render." In this connection a flag has been ordered order-ed for the school. The high school will give a Lincoln program Monday, February 12, at 10 o'clock. Mondays and Wednesdays are devoted de-voted partly to gymnasium practice, the girls meeting at 3:30 p. m. and the boys at a separate hour. The sixth, seventh and eighth grades of the public pub-lic school met with us Monday, making mak-ing a total of about 100 girls present. The exercises w ere conducted by the Misses Hale, Cooper and Bywater. |
