Show Tooele Also Shows Decrease The school census this year shows a decrease in the number of children of school age in the county, the total number of buys and girls in the county between the ages of 6 and 17 years, ir. 2118 compared to 2286 last year. The boys outnumber the girls by 80, there being 1099 boys and only 1019 girls, of school age. The census shows that there is one boy in the county of school age over 10 years who cannot read and write. The census does not show any persons between the ages of 5 and 30 years who are either deaf or blind. In the old town in Tooele there is a decrease of 37 in the school population while the Newtown shows an increase of three. In Grantsville there is a decrease of 46, which is the largest percentage of decrease, outside of the mining camps, where there is always a large floating population, subject to industrial conditions. 30 ... 26 81 Boys Girls Last year Burmester 14 Boys Girls Total 9 23 21 , Last year Stockton 42 40 82 93 Boys Girls Total : Last year Erda Boys Girls Total 28 62 54 Last year Gold Hi- ll- 13 15 28 : Boys Girls Total Last year Wendover Boys Girls 12 13 Total 26 Salduro The cjnsusfor the different - Boys precincts are as follows J ir.. 4 Tooele 401 Boys Girls Total 1 Last year Dont let your activities in this Plat C Boys matter rest with the raising of Girls your eye brows or the shrugging I 384 785 822 87 102 Last 189 Glover 186 year Total. of your shoulders and the passLast year ing of the thought through mind 32 Boys Grantsville of Whats that to me?
