That the said Oregon Short Lino Railroad company, its lessees, successors suc-cessors and assigns, havo tho authority and consent of tho said City Council, and permission Is hereby granted It to construct a spur track beginning at. a point on Its westerly main lino in Third West streot 165 feet more or less south of tho south lino of Third South streot and extending thonco by a curvo to tho right across tho westerly portion of said Third West streot and tho sidewalk side-walk on tho wosterlv side thereof and entering said lot eight in said block at a point 12.5 feet moro or loss south of tho northeast corner of said lot. Sec. 2.
