Be It ordained by the City Counoll of Salt Lake City, Utah: Scotlon 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and complotod by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property abutting om both sides of C street, from the north side of Third street to a point midway between Eighth and Ninth streets, In Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a sower upon said portion of said street, Is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned In said completed lists are hereby confirmed. Section 2. This o uinance shall take effect ef-fect upon approval. Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, August 16th, 1904, and ;ferred to tho Mayor for his approval. J. S.
