Notice is hereby given, that at a meeting of (the Board of Directors of the Monument Gold 'Mining Co., held on the 8th day of January, 1903, 'an assessment of one-half a cent per share, being assessment No. 1, was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable immediately to the 'treasurer, E. B. Critchlow, at his office, McCornlck ;block, Salt Lake City, Utah. j Any stock upon which the as'sesment may regain re-gain unpaid on the 10th day of February, 1903, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at pub-lic pub-lic auction, and unless payment is made before, ,will be sold on the 27th day of February, 1903, at 'two o'clock P. Notice is hereby given, that at a meeting of the Directors, held on the 2nd day of January, 1903, an assessment of one cent per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable on or before February 3, 1903, to the Secretary of said Company at the Company's office, rooms 239-240 Commercial Club building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment remains unpaid on the said 3rd of February, 1903, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 19th day of February, Febru-ary, 1903, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with cost of advertising- and expense of sale.
