An ordinance levying a tax upon proporty abutting on both sides of Fourth South street from tho west side of West Temple stroot to tho west sldo of Second East stroot, and on both sides of State street from tho south side of Fourth South stroot to the north side of Seventh South street, in Paving Pav-ing Districts Nos. 10 and 21, for tho purposo of providing for tho grading, curbing and paving thereof. Bo it ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That said Council doos hereby levy a tax and '.provide for tho assessment upon tho real proporty hereinafter here-inafter described abutting on both sides of Fourth South stroot from tho west side of West Temple stroot to tho West sldo of Second East stroot, and on both sides of State street from tho south sldo of Fourth South stroot to tho north sldo of Seventh South stroot, in Paving Districts Nos. 10 and 21, in Salt Lako City, Utah. This tax is levied to defray tho expenses ex-penses of grading, curbing with concrete con-crete curbing (odgo of curb to ho reinforced with steel bars), and paving pav-ing with asphalt (asphalt pavement to bo nlnoty-two (92) foot wide between curbs) said portions of said streets, and it is horoby adjudged, determined and established that tho grading, curbing curb-ing and paving of said streots will thereby benefit the property abutting thoroon, and hereinafter described to tho full amount of tho estimated cost thereof. Said property Is to bo assessed at an equal and uniform rate in accordance with tho linear foot frontage upon said portions of said streets.
