Bo It ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That tho City Council docs hereby levy tho tax and provide for tho assessment of tho same upon tho property hereinafter described in lots 1 and 2, block 19, Plat "A;" lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 19; lots 1 and 2, block 20, and lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 21, Plat "B," Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on tho north sldo of Seventh South Street between Second East and Sixth Street between second liiast ana sixtn East Streets, In Sidewalk Districts Nos. 20 and 22, said property having a front-ngo front-ngo of 2,114.25 fce.t along said street. This tax is levied to defray tho 'expense 'ex-pense of constructing a cement sidewalk side-walk six feet wldo and four- Inches thick upon said portion of said street opposlto tho proporty hereinafter described de-scribed to bo especially affected and benefited by said Improvement, and it Is hereby adjudged, determined and es- tabllshcd that tho same will bo cspecl- ally benefited thereby to tho full amount of tho tax hereby levied, and said parcels of land aro hereby as- sossed at an equal and uniform rato in accordance with tho linear foot front's front-'s ago upon said portion of -said street ! fronting upon and to a depth of twen- ty-fivo (25) feet back therefrom, and tho tax hereby levied and to bo as- sessed upon said parcels of land Is two thousand fifty and eighty-two one- hundredths ($2,050.82) dollars, or ninety-seven ono-hundredths ($0.97) dollars per front or linear foot, which is tho estimated total cost and estl- mated cost por linear foot of said slde- walk, and the Treasurer Is hereby au- thorlzed and directed to assess in ac- cordanco with tho provisions of this or- dinanco for tho purpose herein men- tloned, tho cast 55.25 feet and the west 82.5 feet of tho west 179.0 feet of lot 1, and tho cast 33.0 feet of lot 2, block 19, Plat "A;" all of lots 1 and 4, tho cast 155.0 feet of lot 2, and tho west 155.0 feet of lot 3, block 19; all of lots 1 and 2, block 20; all of lots 1, 2 and 4, tho cast 80.5 feet and tho west GS.O feet of lot 21. Plat "B," Salt Lako City Survoy, as the same are shown upon tho official plats of said city, to a depth of twonty-flvo (25) feet back from said streot, and to collect said Section 2. Said tax shall become and bo delinquent in six equal lnstall-M lnstall-M monts, as follows, to-wlt: Ono-slxth m thereof shall becomo delinquent ono month after tho approval of this or- dinance; one-sixth thereof In ono year after such approval; ono-slxth .thereof In two years after such approval; one- sixth thereof in three years after such approval; one-sixth thereof In four years after such approval, and one- sixth thereof In fivo years after such approval. Each and every Installment of said tax, except tho first, shall draw Interest at tho rate of six per cent per annum from date of levy until dolln- quent, and each and overy installment of said tax shall bear Interest at tho rato of eight por cent per annum from and after its data of delinquency.
