Show Both Kimball and Ship Convicted. Salt Lake Business Men Found Guilty 6f Fraud by Arizona Court. Word was received in Salt Lake late yesterday of the convicted con-victed at Solompnvillo, Ariz, of Richard E. Shipp of the Birrell-Shipp Birrell-Shipp Realty company and Elias S. Kimball, on charges of fraud and misrepresentation. Both are well known in Salt Lake. Soloraonville is near Phoenix, Ariz. 'Mathonihah Thomas, attorney for the two men has boon thero for the past ten days. Charges were filled against Shipp and Kimball because of cortain representations made by them as fiscal agents of the Montezuma Orange and Banana company, in which many Salt Lake and Utah men are interested. inter-ested. Birrell aud Mr. Kimball as vico president of tho Sinola Land and Fruit company. com-pany. While preparing for trial, depositions were taken from Governor William Spry, President Presi-dent Joseph F.
