Instructed to secure se-cure some legal advise in regard to the securing of a loan of not to exceed $1500 to pay for tho construction of a Town Building and jail cells for same There was aUo a commltee of two appointed ap-pointed for the purpose of getting up printed forms for the Marshall and Justice Jus-tice to make their monthly reports upou and the president appointed Messrs.
