Show By Marlene Haws 826-4859 There have been lots of deer hunters checking for tracks in the mud! We keep hearing that quite a few deer have been brought in, but not many names associated with the stories! I did hear Marvin Porter Say that his hunt was short lived as he got one the first morning. The Mclnelly boys have all been camped in the Boulder area Wells from Ellensburg, Wash.; Chan, Betty and part of their family from Farmington; Kent and Phyllis from Hurricane and part of their family; and Dave and Yoland and family members from Mesa, Ariz. And their mother, Twila Mclnelly, went prepared to stay for 10 days so, hopefully, they can stretch it out that long. Kay and Jody Brooks have been hunting with them also. School students, teachers, parents, par-ents, grandparents and other interested inter-ested fans have been busy following pur cross country team and girls volleyball team around these past few weeks. They all got to participate partici-pate at state finals. We are really proud of them. Not only of their athletic abilities but of their overall conduct. They are a fine group of young people. r ; , The family of Ron Griffin came from California to spend a few days here last week. Brian and Sue Lynn Griffin, Richfield, came to visit Brian's parents, par-ents, Bill and Dawn Griffin. The men went to Brian's cabin on Boulder Boul-der Mountain to check out the deer population and the ladies and children chil-dren stayed in town where it was warmer. v Patty Murphy took Bob and Sheila Faulkner to Fairview to get Sheila's paintings. Over 2000 people got to view Sheila's artwork, art-work, which dealt with Utah's history. his-tory. A great accomplishment for Sheila. Congratulations to her. i; DeLane Griffin is home and doing do-ing better. New medication is helping. help-ing.
