Show Jay and Dudley Proctor Jay and Dudley Proctor Celebrate 60thWedding PANGUITCH Jay and Dudley Proctor celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Wednesday, June 19. They were married June 19, 1936 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Both were born and reared in Panguitch. The couple will be honored with a family reunion on Saturday, June 22. Jay was a farmer and served as Panguitch city clerk and Garfield County commissioner before he retired. re-tired. Dudley served as Selective Service secretary andExtension Service secretary for many years. They are the parents of two children: Gwen (Mrs. Clark) Frandsen and Jay Arlyn Proctor. They have seven grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great -great-grandchild on the way. |
