Show firgq Obituaries Amplus LeFevre TROPIC, UTAH Amplus Littlefield LeFevre, 94, of Tropic, died Friday, May 24, 1996 in Panguitch, Utah. She was born Sept. 6, 1901 in Henrieville, Utah to William Waldo and Sarah Estella Savage Littlefield. She married Eli D. LeFevre Sept. 5, 1919 in Tropic. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, July 19, 1923. He preceded her in death :. Mar. 28, 1958. She is survived by three daughters daugh-ters and two sons and their spouses, Ora and Eldon (deceased) Brinkerhoff, Tropic; Glenna and Adrian Pollock, Tropic; Kenneth and Ruth LeFevre, Bountiful; Weldon and Alene LeFevre, Monroe and Gaya and Jack Greenhalgh, Tropic; 26 grandchildren, grandchil-dren, 91 great-grandchildren and 30 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Norman Littlefield, Las Vegas. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Garth LeFevre; three grandchildren, Eldon and Dennis Brinkerhoff and Lynn Pollock; two brothers and three sisters, Ellis, Ray, Malen, Evelyn and Thelma. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 28, 1996 in the Tropic LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop Lonnie A. Pollock officiat-i officiat-i ing. Prelude and postlude music was provided by Gwen Brinkerhoff with Garn Pollock giving the family fam-ily prayer prior to beginning the service. j The invocation was given by Royce Pollock, followed by a musical mu-sical selection "Behold, Tis Eventide," Even-tide," sung by the Tropic Ward Choir and accompanied by Gwen Brinkerhoff under the direction of Carol Pollock. Ferrell Brinkerhoff gave a tribute, with a musical selection following, "Going Home" by Ruth LeFevre and Beck Amplus Littlefield LeFevre Lindsay, accompanied by' Gwen Brinkerhoff. Darlene LeFevre read a poem, after which the grandchildren sang "Love One Another," accompanied by Gwen Brinkerhoff. Kenneth LeFevre spoke, with Ronelda Brinkerhoff following. She sang "I Have A Beautiful Dream, Momma," Mom-ma," accompanied by Gwen Brinkerhoff. Bishop Lonnie Pollock Pol-lock offered remarks and the Tropic Ward choir sang "A perfect Day." Raymond Brinkerhoff closed with a benediction. Pallbearers were Art LeFevre, John Greenhalgh, Dan Brinkerhoff, Ken LeFevre, Brent LeFevre, Dee Pollock and Kim LeFevre. Honorary Honor-ary pallbearers were Norman Littlefield, Little-field, grandsons and great-grandsons. Compassionate services were rendered by the sisters of the Tropic LDS Ward Relief Society. Interment was in the Tropic Cemetery with Art LeFevre performing per-forming the dedication of the grave, under the direction of Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. Vivian Betensorr Funeral services for Vivan Brinkerhoff Betenson, 80, of-Circleville of-Circleville will be held Thursday, May 30, 1996 at 10 a.m. at the Circleville Second LDS Ward 1 chapel. Friends may call after 3, a.m. on Thursday morning. Born Sept. 9 1915 in Glendale, Utah, she died May 28, 1996 at. -a Panguitch hospital. |
