Main Cedar City, Utah 84720 435-867-9000 Fund Raiser For Wade Wiley Antimony - All Day Saturday, April 28th Games Prizes Food Skeet Shooting f This is the story of a courageous young man. Wade is a 2T year old married father of 2 young sons. He is a member of the Piute County Sheriff's Department, an avid hunter and fisherman. When he was 14 years old he lost most of the sight in his left eye, due to an aneurysm. At that time they were able to go in and put a balloon in and block the artery. Despite the lack of sight in his left eye, he was able to finish as the Top Marksman in his Police Academy Class. Last October, just six months after he finished his Police Academy Training, he was struck down again with an aneurysm, then suffered a stroke. This time he spent two months in the hospital and lost part of the sight in his right eye. The doctors told him he would never walk again. Now, just six months later, he is able to walk without the use of a cane, although he is partially paralyzed. He has worked very hard to get to where he is, but he has a long way to go. He is a very proud man and will not ask for help. In the mean time he is unable to work and his family needs help from the people of Utah. Saturday April 28, 200 1 a benefit is being held in Antimony. It will be a day-long event with skeet shooting, . games, prizes and food.
