Wilson with the Town of Hatch to annex the property known as Big Hill. This property would include 149 acres of the Wilson property and 8 acres together of Gilbert Clark's and James Skidmore's property. The Town of Hatch received the notice of certification at their meeting on April 12,2006. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection or copying at the Town Hall at 49 W Center. The Town may grant the petition to annex the area described in the petition unless, within 30 days, a written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the County Clerk and a copy of the protest delivered to the Town Clerk. The County Clerk may be contacted at 55 S Main Street, Panguitch, UT 84759. The protests need to be filed by May 10,2006. The Town will hold a public hearing on the annexation on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at the Town Hall at 7:00 P.M.
