Mrs. is Blonda Quarnberg the great grandmother. Mrs. Robison Nancy honored her daughter Tracy for her second birthday Saturday by having following friends in for lunch and fun. The convention will feature the election of the Council EPA Chairman and nominations for the area and regional EPA Chairman.
