A large group of children have benefltted from the weekly story telling which has been under the supervision of the Fine Arts Guild. Gwen Hunter and Carol Wise have been In charge. ZIPPY ZIPPERS Club Met The third meeting of the Zippy Zippers was held July 12th at the home of Janlne Speakman. We cut out material to make a babuska and were Instructed how to make them. Mrs. Thornton passed out sewing books and practice cloth and told us what to do with them We discussed camp and decided the name of our skit should be Little Red Riding Hood. we welcomed our new member, Ta.nera Carroll, we decided to take handicraft along with our sewing class. The fifth -- nd sixth meetings of the Zippy zippers w we held July 26 and 27th. The tour washos ted by the Uintah Young Farmer Chapter with stops Including such places of Interest as cattle and horse ranches, dairy and swine operations, asphalt beds, an oil field, and a timber company. The tour was climaxed by a visit to the Ltah State iai Lniverslty demonstration plots of corn, alfalfa, ans soy beans, and a four hour river run down the Green River.
