Show WATER DUTY SET FOR 1929 SEASON OH LAKEFORK AND UINTAH STREAMS The last paragraph of the order o the United States District court, District Dis-trict ol Utah, the Hon. Tillman D. Johnson, judge, appoints a board to determine, under the subordinate to the decrees upon the Uintah and Lakefork rivers and th?lr tributaries, . the duty of water during the irrigation irriga-tion season of the year 1929. By this order there were appodnted T. C Guyn, project engineer of tits Indian In-dian Service, to represent the plaintiffs; plain-tiffs; B. O. Colton, Jr., to represent the defendants; and the commissioner commission-er to represent the court. The- board has not made any changes since last year or since 1927 in the duty of water. The greatest amount cf water to be received by any one acre of ground, from May 1st to Sept. 30tb, is 2.6 acre-fleet. Duty of Water 1029. The water oowaiission on duty of water for the .Irrigation season of j r.fl.28 having met the first day of June, at 10:30 o'clock at the water commissioner's office in Myton, have agreed that the duty shall remain t!ic same as for the irrigated seas-on i of 1928, which is as follows: i Period A.per sec. ft. It is further agreed that the duty adopted can be changed at any time or times during the season as necessity neces-sity may require. |
