This is true for both men and women since both sexes can use similar weight lifting exercises to shape up and trim down. Others are more ambitious, however. Some women seek to modify their bodies into shapely curves, and some men seek complete development of every muscle. Weight lifting exercises can tone all the muscles of the body . For both men and women this results in improved body shape, reduction of flabbiness. and a slimmer midsection.
