The compassion and benevolence expressed by your generous donations mirror the true meaning of Americanism. Payroll deductions, the painless way to help, accounted for the overwhelming majority of funds. While the total count has not been fonlnt, the 85 percent participation, while short of our 100 percent goal, indicates that Deseret Test Center, Dugway Proving Ground is well aware of the many socioeconomic problems that beset the community in which we live and work. It also indicates our willingness to contribute toward the resolution as the amount collected at this time in the campaign is over $10,000. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to every contributor. Even more important, I am deeply gratified that you, with your donations, are truly your brothers keeper." Col.
