We needed someone to M.C. our program. We wanted an interesting person who enjoyed telling jokes and could make people laugh. We wanted someone likeable; someone fun. Someone recommended LTC Armstrong. None of us knew him, but we were told he would be just die right person for us. Yes, he'd do it. Terrific! Now I had to give him a copy of the program and let him know what we wanted him to do. So, I called his office and made an appointment. I WALKED into his office and there sat a stately looking gentleman with a cigar in his hand, a monocle in his eye, and a very fancy mustache. This was December of last year. Since then, not only I, but much of Dugway has grown to love him. He was a smashing success at our party, by the way. Everyone still remembers his poem, Twas the Night Before Christmas at DPG. 60-4- 7 ' 58-4- onship.
