P. Young said Larry Aeillo, the engineer of ' southbound Western Pacific train, spotted the body near the tracks. Ogden will apply to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a $1 million grant. Total cost of the project was estimated at $2.5 million. The council also approved application by Salt Lake County for a design and study grant for the 7th South storm drain.
