His car lights went out, he ran off the road and the windshield slammed into tiie bridge of his nose. The doctors built my hopes up for six months, but later told me I was totally blind. He went to the YMCA seven months ago and will finish his training from Mr. Hayes in two months under a program of the State Rehabilitation for tlie Blind. The more Im into massage the better I like it. Tiieyre a great bunch of people to work with. To prove that blindness isnt a handicap, for several years Mr. Dahle operated his own chicken farm. He raised, killed, plucked, cut, bagged and sold them to restaurants. Mr. Dahle believes a person should keep his faith in God. He took about $1,000 and then shot me in the head. The bullet severed the right eye optic nerve and burned the left eye optic nerve. He is totally blind in the right eye and has six per cent vision in the left eye. Mr. Hayes became interested in massage while attending a rehabilitation for the visually handicapped in Little Rock, Ark.
