HORNE Taking her place among the December brides is the former Miss Laura Larkins who traded nuptial promises with Bennett (Ben) Dale Horne in ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 14 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank C. Larkins of 422 Pin Oak Circle, Kaysville. Parents of the bridegroom are Bishop and Mrs. David C. Horne of 1360 E. 700 N., Kaysville. The wedding breakfast honoring the couple was held at the Moun- tain Road LDS Cultural Hall hosted by the bridegrooms parents. That evening they greeted guests at a reception at the Mountain Road LDS Chapel. THE BRIDE wore an Joe and Maria Vigil have just recently returned home after spending nine weeks in Madrid, Spain. This once in a lifetime trip was made possible because the Vigils daughter, Theresa was expecting a baby, Theresa and her husband, Luis Jordan are living in Spain where Luis who is a 1st Lt. in the 613th Tactical Squadron is stationed. The baby arrived Oct. 23. She was the first child for the Jordans. She weighed 8 lb. 2 oz. The parents named her Raven Brook Jordan. Mr. and Mrs. Vigil now have 10 grandchildren. While in Spain the Vigils were able to take many trips around the country. They saw many beautiful churches, castles and other impressive sites. One highlight was a tour of an 1 ,000 year old aquaduct. Beautiful weather and the opportunity to be with their daughter and new grandchild made the Vigils reluctant to return home. Chris Morgan, the youngest member of the Malcolm and Mauna Morgan family has received an LDS mission call to serve in Anchorage, Alaska. His farewell program was held last Sunday in the Layton 3rd Ward Sacrament meeting. Chris will enter the MTC on Jan. 31. will reside in Ogden. LeAnne Hatch and Scott W.
