Price, an official recount of the Octo. 8 primary election results was held Oct, 22, in the Layton City Hall conference room. e SOME STATES do not charge a property tax on vehicles and are reporting that many out of state vehicle owners are applying for license plates in their states, in Utah 22 percent of the vehicle property tax is returned to the county coffers with 15 percent going to the city of residence.
