TACOS, burritos, and corn dogs as well as more substantial com- bination plates and novelties like fried ice cream are among the selections available to the customer, The decor is simple, providing an uncluttered atmosphere at Little Mexico. And the food try at! it and The proprietor of this new eating place, Joe Knighton, is a young, energetic businessman who seems to have a good idea of what constitutes success in restauranteering in Kaysville.
