THE GIRL, aged 14, was charged with car theft and destruction of property, but pleaded guilty to reduced charges of joy riding and criminal mischief. First District Juvenile Judge L; Kent Bachman placed the girl on probation for at least one ordered her to pay $75 restitution, and to spend 75 hours working for a .division of government. ANOTHER teenager, who admitted to being the driver of the fleeing vehicle, was given a similar sentence year, and j three weeks ago. The third girl allegedly involved in the incident was scheduled for trial Wednesday (Nov. 14). A spokesman for the juvenile court explained that the restitution oidered by the judge will cover insurance deductibles for the wrecked mobile home and a car the fleeing vehicle forced off the road.
