O'Hara, age 44, were granted a marriage license yesterday afternoon. Both are of Ogden. Ben E. Rich, president of the southern states mission, is visiting friends in Ogden today. He leaves for the missionary field again tomorrow. Superintendent TV. R. Scott of the Southern Pacific, accompanied by the resident engineer, Thomas Fltsgerald, who have been on the Pacific coast for the past two weeks, will arrive in Ogden tomorrow. Services over the remains of Rosetta L. Hadlock will be held Sunday, December 20th, from the residence of J. C. Calvert, Adams avenue, at 2 P. m. Remains can be viewed from 10:20 a. m. to 1:20 p. m. In the case of J. H. Winslow against Thomas Smart and J. W. Buckley, which was tried yesterday in the district court before Judge Rolapp and a Jury, the action was dismissed as against the defendant Smart and proceeded aaginst Buckley. The chorus of high school girls, numbering about 200, will be compelled to work hard during the vacation to prepare for the grand concert which will be given at the tabernacle on the evening of December 30th.
