BE IT RESOLVED AND ENACTOF THE ED BT THE LEGISLATURE STATE OF UTAH: Section 1. That It fa proposed to amend Section 7 of Article XIII of the Constitution of the state of Utah so that the aama nil read as follnwa: Section 7.
