Our players remember well the battle Weber State gave us last season and we are preparing for that kind of game this time too. Were going to have to play much better than we played against Idaho State to win. Weber will have to cope with the Miong running game that Boise State always seems to come up with. Brady, complimented Wildcat Club members for their dedicated support over the past few years at the clubs weekly luncheon held last Monday at the Holiday Inn. May I thank you in a very personal way for the special contributions you have made through the club to our college. We couldnt have half the success we have without your support, said Brady. The president also com- plimented the Weber State coaching staff and his players when he said, We have quality coaches and players here at Weber. We try very hard to have a balance of programs at Weber, strong athletic programs and strong in academics. As I have visited with our football participants I see some real quality. There may be some other teams that are a bit bigger but there arent many that are the quality of these young men. I really have to compliment our roach for the quality that he looks for in players, said Brady. ferent. Assistant Coach Jack Eatinger then took the floor and gave a short but precise lesson on how a football should be carried. He also related the critical times that fumbles usually came.
