Doodles are fugitives of the subconscious and indicate that the writer has versatility as well as talent that he or she may not be aware of. Doodling is accomplished while a person is concentrating on a project, or perhaps listening on the telephone, conversing... and writing. Maybe in a business meeting or during classroom instruction while writing notes or memos a few doodles may appear on the margins of the notebook paper. Thoughts, sometimes do take flight and dwell on various subjects. It is amazing what can be accomplished with a pencil or pen on paper, walls, tablecloths or whatever is convenient when an individual gets the urge to doodle. Some people have been known to tie knots in string, fold paper into unusual designs, make chains and figures from paper clips with busy fingers if pen or pencil isnt available. Doodles may be static constructions such as straight circles, dots, dashes, geometrical figures or they may contain faces of humans, animal shapes, or perhaps something grotesque. Doodles may be just as difficult to decipher as dreams might be. However, fragmentary evidences may give clues to the educated eye. There are women in love with men who have marriage in mind and will unconsciously write the chosen mans name over and over again while talking on the phone to him or to someone else. A .man may be planning a vacation, going to a convention or thinking about a business trip, while listening to comments in a meeting or while sitting at his desk at work, he may draw an airplane, a boat, or sketch the outline of an automobile. Those writers who draw symbols like squares and other geometrical forms indicate the ability to handle complex problems. Dots are tension and "deep in thought symbols. Stars exhibit a desire to better oneself, always on the alert to elevate themselves. Spiderwebs are symbols of expanding associations. Any design with points illustrate analytical abilities and writers'whft ill search for informatipti or dig fbr'facts. They would alio begoodinvestigating projects a riel be competitive in their thinking. Bricks, logs or books stacked high on a weak foundation reveals instability in the doodler. or have a strong dislike People who feel for someone will draw a face representing themselves or that of someone else and then scratch it out with a pen or pencil. Writing ones name or a distasteful person's name then scratching through it indicates destruction in mind. The word destruction doesnt always mean death. It could mean many things. The more difficult to decipher is the hidden meanings. Mental telepathy, which is the transference of thought from one person to another, has been known to have been picked up by the doodler. Surprise is registered by the doodler sometimes, when he or she becomes aware of their mental thoughts on paper. Sometimes a person will draw the same doodle over and over again for a long period of time, then suddenly change. This is due to an alteration in wishes, problems, situations or transatory thoughts in subconscious wishes. Many things must be taken into serious consideration including an inquiry into the doodlers way of life and personality when analyzing doodles. This quest is not always agreeable with the doodler and often he or she may feel that their privacy is being invaded if questions about their doodles may be of interest to someone else. Of course it is everyones right to maintain their own confidences. lines, life-sty- le Here are 3 important things you should know about your Forced-Ai- r Furnace. 1. Replace or Clean the Furnace Filter Regularly Your filter removes much of the dust and dirt that comes into your home from the outside. Keeping it clean makes your furnace work more efficiently and keeps your home cleaner too. Filters should be changed about every 2 months if disposable or cleaned with hot water if washable. 2. Keep the Blower Door Closed At All Times. (Except when replacing the filter or oiling the fan or motor.) Except when maintenance work is going on, the blower compartment door must be closed at all times. If the door is left open, the suction of the blower may draw products of combustion back into the home, depleting the oxygen supply and creating a hazardous situation. 3.
