When they pick their committee to go in there to talk to the school district, they know what monies are available. It surprises me that people knowing the funds arent there, that theyll sign a contract under those kinds of term. Its more of a moral thing form than it is anything else. I know they deserve more, but if you dont have more, what do you do? If they expect more money, they need to go elsewhere to find employment. I can do it, and everybody else in town can do it. Are you planning all Ms? DK: Tone's fast escaping us, but we want a sdect committee, a of those who would support a courthouse facility to give them the information to schedule meetings and take it to the public. We can sit in the background and support it and try that tactic. Zephyr: Would you have anyone on the Committee who opposes Courthouse expansion ? DK: Not really. What purpose would that serve? Zephyr: To provide some balance, between someone with massive plans for expansion and moderate, more scaled-bac- k ideas. DK: No. Not really. I dont went to see it turned in to a debate. It's not how big, or can we doit. It's we've got to do this. We want to get that information out to the people end let them decide if they want to support it or not. Its unrealistic And if wilderness is going to happen. Isnt it better for us to be aware of what economic benefits can be derived? Yes. I agree. For some reason, that pushed my button. I didnt like it. I decided, I David: think Tm going to make some trouble here. I made my trouble, and Tm happy. That was the bottom line. As it happened, it never got that far.
