Very often Informational difficulties are a similar oversight by the body, board or whatever group or Individual Is working on a problem or issue; other times It Is Intentional. In my chosen profession, releasing Information sometimes must be avoided to protect Investigations, possible prosecutions, Individuals' rights, etc., etc. In the area of economic development, information may be withheld In order to avoid scaring off investors. In any event, the list goes on and on. Misinformation is usually generated by the old Moab Rumor Mill, recycling a story until it Is so convoluted, it in no way resembles the original.
