Swenson, Director of the National Association of Counties, (NACO), and Executive Secretary of the Idaho Association of Commissioners and Clerks, that the Washington office of NACO has been notified by NACO President M. James Gleason of Multnomah County, Oregon, that NACO has been awarded a $200,000 three year grant to administer a Public Officials Pollution Control Demonstration Project in which Franklin County will participate.
