Show Bigger and Better Assemblies Prominent Educators Added to Faculty Something new is coming to High asemblies this year. There will be a fine program ot professional talent at least once every month. Following is a list of professionals that have already been retained as part of a new and enlarged program: Bushe Marionettes One of the best companies on the circuit; 50 marionettes in 10 special scenes. inTrumpeteers An and strumental quartet. Comedy novelty numbers featured. Emiline Bogue - Noted dramatic actress. Monologues, plays dramatic and humorous sketches in costume. Mississippians Americas foremost Jubilee Singers. Marimbist Erman Gray with musical novelties and comedies. Magician The Wears present a program of magic full of fun 'md color. Liquid Air Everman gives a demonstration that shows wbat science can really do. Ted Parkinson A G. I. speaks Tels the story of habits and customs in colorful India and Burma. In addition to professional entertainment we hope this year to have even more students participate. During each month a or class assembly will give opportunity for many students to take the spotlight. Clubs and other organizations will entertain us on another Friday. A number of the important educators of the state have been added to the teaching BY staff. Turner, who has an record as an artist, comes to the Y from Springville as another instructor in secondary education. Since his graduation from the BYU in 1940, he has been art instructor in Springville H.gh School, and has been in charge of the Springville Art Exhibit.
