former brigham woman died at St stockton california mr air and mrs s lawrence hansen of this city received a letter last week from horace ensign formerly of 0 this city but now ot of stockton calif bearing the sad information that his his wife formerly miss aliss zelma webb of this city had died at a hospital in that city the cause of her death is said to have been due to the effects of a stroke she suffered sonie some months past mrs ensign will be remembered by her friends here as one of 0 the bookkeepers at the state security bank where she was employed tor for about three years her parents now reside at hyde park the funeral services were directed by the mormon elders and interment was in one of the cemeteries at stockton the sympathy of the many friends of mr ensign in this city will go out to him in his sad bereavement
