Show MRS N WRIGHT WEIGHT DIED FRIDAY DIDAY fill she was a native of pennsylvania and had resided in utah since 1888 funeral services monday at 2 p m sarah hannah arl wright 9 lit wire wife of 0 norman wright ot of this city died friday afternoon at at the brigham hospital ot of ailments incident to old age following an illness ot of several weeks she was a native of 0 west moreland county where she was born march 4 1819 she and mr wright were married october 21 1869 and in 1870 she joined the mormon church being the first ot of her people to accept the gospel she and her husband came to utah in 1888 locating at west weber after residing there a number ot of years they remo removed ed to mantua in 1913 she came to brigham city to make her home and during her residence here has made many friends who learned to love and respect her for her kindly disposition and nobility of 0 character she was a faithful latter day saint active in church work and tor for many years was a teacher in the relief society cle ty mrs wright and her husband were not inot blessed with any children but they have raised a young man george osborne who has been a son to them he and her husband survive her funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 2 at the sixth ward chapel und erthe direction of counselor chas N sheffield the attendance was large and there was a wealth of beautiful floral tributes the services opened by the choir singing 1 I need thee every hour invocation was offered by N L hansen and the choir sang eang 0 grave where Is thy sting the speakers were bishop C C johnson of bear river city almon green and albert green ot of ogden 0 G bargeron C M fd jensen pros pres wm win C horsley and chas sheffield the closing number by the choir was shall we meet beyond the river and the benediction was by J M hess the body was interred in the city cemetery fred J holton dedicating the grave |
