The incumbent member from this district is Rudger N. Price. Candidates may file their candidacy for ihe position anytime up to 15 days preceding the day of election, Zundei said, or a candidates name may be filed by any five voters of the district. Any numhei of candidates may enter the contest, and the candidate receiving the highest number of votes is elected. There is no primary.
