She was born Oct. 19, 1958 in Brigham City. Survivors include her parents, a brother, James Boyd Johnston; a baby sister born that same evening in the local hospital; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest H. Johnston, Mr. and Mrs. James F. Nygard, all of Brigham City. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p in. in the Har old B. Felt Funeral Home, with Bishop E. B. He was born Nov 1, 1889 at Man tua, a son of Heber H. and Marie Jensen Walker He was reared and educated in Mantua and had worked as a logger in the lumber industry in the Rigby area for the past 30 years. Mr. Walker was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. y The Utah Department of Fish and Game this week listed the following regulations in answer to many questions concerning the minimum age when juveniles may hunt game birds and animals. Under Utah law, a juvenile may purchase his first license to hunt the age of 14. upon reaching Through ages 14 and 15 he may hunt only game birds during open seasons. He must at all times while hunting during this period, be accompanied by a person 21 years of age or older. Federal law does not require possession of a Migratory Water-fow- l stamp until a juvenile reaches 16 years of age. Parents and guardians were reminded that youngsters of ages 14 or 15, when found pfield or in company only with other juveniles, may be cited to appear in juvenile court and that in sucl instances the parent or guardian may be subject t5 arrest on chargto the delines of contributing quency of a minor. AF Commission Due Perry Man Cadet Lt. Colonel Gary D. Davis of Perry has been assigned to the position of personnel officer on the group commanders personal staff at Utah SUte University. Davis will graduate this fall with a major in agronomy and will recieve a commission as a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vinson O. Davis of Perry.
